Justine joined Warners Solicitors in August 2024 as a Partner specialising in commercial and residential property disputes.

With extensive experience in the field, Justine represents a diverse clientele, including developers, estates, trusts, property investors, and private individuals.  Her experience spans a wide array of property-related matters, making her a trusted advisor in complex legal situations.

  • Commercial Landlord and Tenant: Handling opposed and unopposed lease renewals, dilapidations, breaches of covenant, and forfeiture.
  • Residential Landlord and Tenant: Managing claims for possession under the Housing Act 1985, service charge disputes, breaches of covenant, and nuisance cases.
  • Agriculture: Advising on Agricultural Holdings Act (AHA) tenancies.
  • Restrictive Covenants: Addressing issues related to both leasehold and freehold properties.
  • Conveyancing: Providing remedies for failure to complete transactions and addressing misrepresentation prior to the exchange of contracts.
  • Urgent Trespasser Claims: Pursuing immediate action in the High Court.
  • Landowner Advice: Offering guidance on matters related to the Electronic Communications Code.
